MIS Support

Management Information Systems (MIS) are an integral part of school software and school life.

Amie is our dedicated MIS Support Officer who has extensive knowledge of all areas of MIS. She is the first port of call for our MIS Support Customers, whether that be over the telephone, via an email or in person. She can be called upon to lead training for your staff in a one-to-one setting, small group or a whole school session. Amie previously worked in a very busy school main office, so understands the MIS needs of administrative staff, teaching staff as well as senior leadership teams. Amie’s main aim is to make our customers MIS experience as easy as possible as she knows how busy life can be in a school office.

John, our Managing Director, is an expert in all of the behind the scenes aspects of MIS, after using the software for many years.

Whatever your training needs, we have a course for you. We can also offer extensive support packages for MIS systems, so you can be assured of a smooth and stress-free MIS provision for your school. We listen to our schools and want to make their MIS experience as easy as possible. We have a fully equipped training suite at IT Systems with MIS test sites, which allows us to deliver MIS training in its full capacity without impacting your own schools’ data.

We understand that MIS support runs much deeper than training courses, which is why our MIS support includes unlimited telephone support as well as a call out service. No question is too big or small.
