Our Technical Support is tailored to your needs and requirements. With our unique blend of proactive monitoring and maintenance, we often know of an issue before you do. All aspects are monitored via sensors and logs to alert our technicians to an issue or a potential fault developing.

Our Technical Support include on-site support by our trained IT technicians as well as an unlimited helpdesk service. Furthermore we offer unlimited telephone and remote support to our serviced customers. There is no such thing as a silly question; we are keen to assist in making your ICT work smarter, not harder for you or your school.
