James has been working in the education sector since the beginning of his career in 2015 and is now a Software Development Engineer. His role involves managing the development of CC4, providing third-line support, and overseeing new installation implementations.

Outside of work, James is a family-oriented individual who enjoys spending time with loved ones and pursuing his hobbies. He is also passionate about retro computing and runs a thriving community that showcases the evolution of technology in education.
