Following a successful year of growth IT Systems are looking to expand its technical team with three new roles.
As an IT Systems Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for communicating with customers to diagnose and resolve issues over the telephone and using our remote support tools. You will be responsible for providing on-site support in customer’s establishments looking after multiple systems and services from client devices, AV, networking and server systems. The successful candidate will present the best possible example of professional standards to colleagues.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can work effectively with different stakeholders and is committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
