We pride ourselves on our high standards, but a notification comes in that something isn’t working, we try our best to put it right as quickly as possible.
This happened over the weekend:
Sunday Evening
Issue detected with the broadband supply to one of our schools. Our Managing Director works on finding the issue. Managing Director communicates the issue to the Technical Director and Senior Technician.
Monday Morning

08:00 | Technical Director arrives on site to diagnose the issue. |
08:20 | Senior Technician arrives on site to assist in diagnosing the issue. |
08:45 | Issue is diagnosed. |
08:50 | Issue resolved. |
08:55 | Children arrive in school. The internet is restored to the building. Some staff are unaware of the issue. Headteacher is beyond pleased with the level of service to the school. |
Our support services run from 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, but when a major issue is detected we will work as hard as possible to rectify it. We strive to go beyond the boundaries of our contractual obligations to ensure an outstanding service to our schools.
Two of our schools have recently been visited by OFTED inspectors. During these inspections our technical staff were either onsite for the duration or able to prioritise and assist with any issues as they arose, (e.g. interactive boards, laptops or the recovery of deleted of files and/or folders).
This is why our customer satisfaction rating is 93.65%. We try our absolute best to give our schools the best services possible.
